The organization that developed and operated the I-CAN! application has decided to no longer offer this application, as of October 11, 2016. This means that court customers can no longer use the I-CAN! application to prepare divorce or fee waiver court forms. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Court forms that have already been prepared and printed using the I-CAN! application may still be filed with the court.
We have asked the I-CAN! vendor to contact existing users about this change, and, if possible, to offer users the opportunity to access saved copies of their existing forms. That data is only accessible to the I-CAN! vendor, and court staff does not have access to that information. To access copies of existing forms, affected customers can reach out to the I-CAN! vendor by calling (657) 232-8281 between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Customers may leave a message outside those hours.
If you received a letter from the I-CAN! vendor and have additional questions about the letter’s content, you may call (877) 238-3229, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EDT, excluding major U.S. holidays. Please provide reference number 6364113016 when calling.
