The Minnesota Judicial Branch is taking the next steps in a deliberate, gradual return to more in-person court proceedings. In addition to criminal jury trials, proceedings for cases that are most effectively conducted in person will begin June 14, 2021. Revised health and safety protocols will help ensure increased in-person activities in courthouses prioritize health and safety.
