Appointed by Governor Arne Carlson on July 28, 1993. Elected in 1994, 2000, 2006, and 2012. Served as Chief Judge from Oct. 2000 - June 2005. Served as Assistant Chief Judge from July 1997 - Sept. 2000. Retired on Sept. 13, 2017. Appointed and assigned to serve statewide as Senior Judge from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2021.
