Appointed August 1, 1997, by Governor Arne Carlson. Elected in 1998, 2004, 2010, 2016, and 2022. Retired on Nov. 7, 2024. Appointed and assigned to serve statewide as Senior Judge from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.

Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren (1985-97), specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation and products liability law.

Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association; Hennepin and Ramsey County Bar Associations; Arbitrator, American Arbitration Association.

Community Activities:

Volunteer, Meals on Wheels and Sharing and Caring Hands; Judge, Minnesota State High School League Mock Trial Competition; Coordinator, Mendota Heights Hockey program; Community Corrections Advisory Council; football and hockey referee at the college and high school levels (1984-present).
