Face Covering Requirement
- Face coverings are currently required in the court facility. If you do not have a face covering, one may be provided to you. Judges may direct people to remove face coverings as necessary to conduct court hearings.
Public parking is available in the lot on the west side of the courthouse, as well as on the street.

This district court has original jurisdiction in all civil, family, probate, juvenile, criminal, and traffic cases filed in Rice County.
