COURT INTEGRATION SERVICES

Court Integration Services enables authorized agencies' systems to exchange information with the Minnesota Judicial Branch systems.

Notification Services

Notification Services allow an authorized agency's system to get court information from the Minnesota Judicial Branch, as events occur. Notifications announce changes on a case and include all of the pertinent information about the case that changed. Integration Services has four families of notification services: Case Notifications, Document Notifications, Bond Notifications and Party Notifications.

Bond Notifications occur when bond information changes in MNCIS.

  • Hearing
  • Interim Conditions
  • Juvenile Interim Placement
  • No Contact Order
  • Other Agency Cross Reference
  • Probation Order

Document Notifications occur when certain images are added to MNCIS and attached to qualifying court case events.
