A motion hearing in this case is scheduled for Monday, April 11, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. The hearing will be conducted in person and will not be livestreamed. Limited seating is available for both the media and the public.
Reporters who wish to cover the proceeding may submit their interest for one of eight available seats in this media lottery by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 7. The Court will conduct a random drawing of entries and inform selected outlets via email on Thursday morning after the lottery closes. Those selected for a seat must inform the Court by the end of the day Thursday who will fill the seat from each organization.
There will be six seats allocated for the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Any member of the public who wishes to obtain a seat must line up on a designated sticker outside the district court administration office on the 12th floor of the C tower of the Government Center, between 4:00-4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 11. The first six individuals will be admitted to the courtroom shortly after 4:30 p.m.
The trial in this case is scheduled for June 13, 2022.
