Please report to the Scott County Government Center, located at 200 4th Avenue W in Shakopee at 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

You may use the public entrance on the 4th Ave. side of the complex (front), the Atwood Street entrance (west side), or the 5th Ave. entrance (back).

Several parking lots are available for Jurors.  On-street parking is typically limited to 2 hours, so we recommend that you park in a lot.

Please follow the signs to the Justice Center, where you will go through security screening; please leave metal objects, such as knives, in your vehicle or at home.

Once you have gone through security, please report to the third floor and follow the signs to the jury check-in, where you will use our self-service kiosk in the hall.  Please bring your jury summons to expedite the process.

There may be downtime, so feel free to bring something quiet to do, such as an electronic device. A beverage in a closed container is allowed while you wait, as well as small snacks.  Temperatures throughout the courthouse vary; dressing in layers is recommended.
