The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces a Vacancy for One Attorney Member and One Court Supervisor on the Rules of Civil Procedure Advisory Committee

The Supreme Court is seeking one attorney and one court supervisor to fill vacancies on the Rules of Civil Procedure Advisory Committee. The committee meets as needed and is responsible for monitoring the rules and recommending further changes. The court supervisor vacancy is for three-year term ending on June 30, 2020, and will be eligible for re-appointment to a second three-year term. The attorney member vacancy is for a partial-term ending on June 30, 2019, and will be eligible for re-appointment to a second term.
