General Information
The Olmsted County Government Center is located in Rochester, just east of downtown, at the intersection of Fourth Street Southeast and Third Avenue. Public parking is available in the lot in front of the building (90-minute meters) and also in the Holiday Inn ramp, which is connected to the Government Center via skyway.

The Court Administrator's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The court observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; and Christmas Day. Effective August 8, 2008, counter service and phone service will be curtailed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. each day (Monday-Friday).
