Appointed Second Judicial District Judge by Governor Jesse Ventura on June 17, 2002. Elected in 2004, 2010, and 2016.  Retired on Mar. 1, 2019. Appointed and assigned to serve statewide as Senior Judge from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2021.
