Over 50 episodes have been produced from 2004-10 on issues such as cameras in the courtroom, sentencing, truancy, child custody, teen driving safety, and jury duty.

Writer of newspaper articles, submitted throughout the Tenth Judicial District, informing the public about the judicial process.

In 2010 Judge Halsey launched a blog, “Minnesota Family Law Issues,” for attorneys and judges.
